HOD Programme
Introduction
Are you a Head of Department with experience working on independent projects, smaller features and TV shows, and ready to take the next step onto large‑scale HETV? This opportunity could be the break you’ve been looking for.
We’re offering a paid 8‑week HOD shadowing programme at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden. This programme will support experienced crew in making key industry connections and progressing their careers to work in HETV at HOD level.
The Opportunity
The programme will provide a meaningful opportunity for experienced HODs to shadow a department head on a globally successful HETV franchise. You’ll gain first hand experience of working at scale, while developing your professional network and gaining insight into large budget productions.
Entry Requirements
Applicants must have previous experience working on Band 3 HETV shows or major film productions and must have worked as an HOD at Band 2 level TV productions or features of a similar scale.
