CrewHQ is delivering a bespoke leadership training course for senior production finance crew. The recent downtime in production activity due to industrial strike action created a rare window of opportunity for us to bring financial controllers and production accountants to attend a bespoke CPD/training programme at CrewHQ training centre on site at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden.

The aim of this new programme is to engage individuals in leadership positions on production to improve inter-departmental working, motivate their teams and standardise processes. The programme will run across six consecutive weeks at CrewHQ and started with two days of delivery with Insights Discovery® led by experienced senior leader in the global film and TV industry, Sarah Wright. This was followed by leadership training with executive coach, Sam Jukes Adams, and culminated in a hugely motivational ‘Ask Me Anything’ session with Mark Mayer, Executive Vice President, Physical Production Finance (Features) at Warner Bros. The remainder of the programme includes standardising processes on production, optimising Microsoft Excel for analytics, Movie Magic 10, and more.
