In 2023 CrewHQ worked with RADA Business to develop a new course aimed at supporting women in production looking to step up into leadership roles.

The pilot workshops were successfully delivered to a cohort of production supervisors, location managers, art department supervisors and ADs and received glowing feedback on what, some had felt, was a transformative experience.

During an International Women’s Day Webinar, two of the pilot programme attendees spoke about how valuable the workshops had been for them in their own careers and how it gave them the tools they needed to manage difficult conversations in the workplace and believe in their own abilities more (watch the full video above)

With so much positive feedback from the pilot and insight from women in leadership roles, this summer CrewHQ is offering another opportunity for women crew who are looking to step up to supervisor or HOD roles and who have worked on a Warner Bros. Discovery production within the last 3 years.
