Breaking into Film and TV Productions can be hard but there are lots of great resources out there offering support, training and guidance. We have listed out a few for you to take a look at.

CrewHQ support existing crew, create career pathways and foster the next generation of talent, through a programme of innovative training and development activity based in their training centre on site at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden.Their mission is to develop talent, retain crew and create a diverse, skilled workforce to meet the needs of the growing film and TV industry.They run a job-sharing programme in association with ReelTime Media.

Based within the trade union Bectu, Bectu Vision aim to make Scotland’s Film and Television workplaces safer, fairer and greener while developing a skilled and supported workforce.Their programme of events and training is driven by ongoing direct consultation with the industry and is supported by our team’s first-hand experience working in the Film and TV industry. Their events complement their training offering by providing invaluable networking opportunities to foster relationships and connections within the Film and TV industry no matter what stage of your career or life you are currently at. They even host a monthly playgroup for parents and carers and their little ones.
