I am submitting to you herewith certain material ("Material") described as follows: In connection with the application submitted by me to a CrewHQ Program (the “Program”), this constitutes the agreement between Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden Limited (herein WBSL or “you”) and me:

I am submitting to you herewith certain material ("Material") described as follows: In connection with the application submitted by me to a CrewHQ Program (the “Program”), this constitutes the agreement between Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden Limited (herein WBSL or “you”) and me:

1. Representations: I have full power and authority to submit said Material to you on the terms and conditions hereof and I confirm that nothing in my Material infringes/will infringe the copyright or any other right of any third party or breach any contract or duty of confidence, constitute a contempt of court or be defamatory.
2. Confidentiality: I shall keep confidential and not disclose to any third party any confidential information or materials which comes to my knowledge as a result of providing my Material and/or application, including but not limited to, information related to WBSL, any personnel engaged by WBSL, WBSL’s processes and operations, or the Program itself (“Confidential Information”). Accordingly, I acknowledge that any Confidential information shall remain the property of WBSL and if I breach these obligations, WBSL shall be entitled to seek to enforce them by injunctive and/or other equitable relief.
3. Review of Material: I acknowledge that the only obligation undertaken by WBSL in consideration of my submission is to accept the Material for review, and consider me, based on the Material submitted, for the applicable Program, if and to the extent appropriate pursuant to WBSL’s normal practices. No other obligation or duty on WBSL’s part shall arise from or be implied by this submission, including without limitation any obligation of confidentiality.
4. Use of Material: I grant and assign all rights (including without limitation, all copyright, all performance rights and all neighbouring rights) in and to my Material to WBSL under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 for any and all use worldwide in perpetuity without restriction, and by any and all means and in any and all media now existing or in the future created or discovered, without payment, liability or acknowledgement. I completely waive the benefit of any provision of law known as “moral rights”. I agree, without the requirement for any further approval, consent from, or payment to me, that my Material may also be combined with other images, text, graphics and/or sound and may be altered, edited and/or modified. I acknowledge that nothing contained in this Release Form shall oblige WBSL to award me a place on the Program. I acknowledge that WBSL shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by me in connection with my Material.
5. Indemnification: I acknowledge and agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WBSL from and against any third party claims, losses, expenses, costs, damages, fees, or other liabiltiies, including without limitation, reasonable outside attorney’s fees and expenses, arising from or based in any way on a) my breach of any of the representations, warranties, promises, and obligations herein, or b) the Material I submit.
6. Dispute Resolution: I agree that any dispute between us shall be subject to the laws of England and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
7. Right to Assign: I understand and agree that the rights granted to WBSL under this Agreement may be freely assigned or licensed by WBSL.
8. Processing of Personal Data: I understand and agree that WBSL will process the personal data I provide in the Material for the purpose of reviewing/considering my application and other rights granted under this release form. My personal data will be kept for as long as it is necessary to exercise WBSL’s rights. I understand that I have the right to access, rectify and erase my personal data and to exercise my rights or for more information, I can visit privacy.wb.com. I also have the right to lodge a complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office.
9. Additional Terms and Conditions: I understand that if awarded a position on the Program, I will be subject to additional terms and conditions which I shall be provided with in due course ahead of commencing my participation in the Program.
